Admission prices for 2009
Where you are a UK taxpayer, paying the Gift Aid amount and making a simple declaration enables the National Trust to reclaim tax on the whole amount. The prices shown below are Standard and Gift Aid amounts respectively.
Admission to the House and Gardens is £7.60 / £8.40, children 5-16 are £3.80 / £4.20, and children under 5 are admitted free. A family ticket (for two adults and up to three children) is £18.90 / £21. Admission to the Gardens only is £3.35 / £3.70, children 5-16 are £1.65 / £1.85, and children under 5 are admitted free.The park is free, and National Trust members are admitted free to the House and Gardens. Take out membership at the property to start saving!
The car park charge is £3.50 - free for National Trust members, cars with disabled badges, motorbikes and pedal cycles. The car park is closed on 25th and 26th December.
Group visits
Pre-booked coach parties (on Wednesdays to Sundays) are welcome. Tickets are £7.15, and coach parking is free. Please contact us at the number below for bookings.
Out-of-hours "Private Views" with morning coffee may be booked on Wednesday to Saturday mornings at an additional charge. Groups with their own guides must book even if they come during public opening hours.

Opening times in 2009
The House is open from March 4th until November 1st on Wednesdays to Sundays, plus Bank Holidays, from 1pm to 4:30pm. You should allow an hour to see all of the House in comfort. Please note that the last admission is at 4pm.
It will also be partly open at weekends from December 5th to December 20th, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
The Gardens (including the pleasure grounds) are open from March 3th until November 1st on Wednesdays to Sundays, plus Bank Holidays, from 11am to 5pm.

The park is open all year from 8am and closes at 6pm until March 28th, at 7:30pm from March 29th until October 24th, and at 6pm from October 25th. The car park is closed on 25th and 26th December.
